Easy Saucy Spaghetti

You need to know:

  • 1/2 kg. Ground beef, lean if possible
  • Chop 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Three and a half cups of crushed tomatoes
  • Two cups of beef broth
  • 1 cup spaghetti pasta, broken in half
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • Cooking oil 2 Tablespoons
  • One teaspoon of dried basil
  • Oregano dried, 1 teaspoon
  • Red pepper flakes 1 pinch
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish).

Over hot coals, heat the oil in a big pot. Sauté the onion, then add garlic. After 1 minute, add the beef ground. Cook the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes or until it is cooked. Add the tomato sauce, beef broth and tomato paste. Stir in the tomato sauce and tomato paste. Cook the pasta, covered, for about 10 minutes, or until it is al dente.

  • Four cups of beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups cremini mushrooms
  • 1 cup egg noodles
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • Three tablespoons of flour
  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Use 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • Taste salt and pepper

Melt the butter in a large pot or pan over slow-burning coals. Sauté the mushrooms on the stove for three minutes. Cook the garlic and onion until they are tender. Add the beef to the pan and stir until it is browned.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, flour, noodles, and thyme. Stirring and simmering until the noodles are ready. Add the sourcream and continue to heat it for two minutes after adding noodles. Best eaten immediately.
